General Hospital Spoilers – Selina Wu Gathers Power To Take Down Sonny!

General Hospital spoilers tease that Selina Wu (Lydia Look) has slowly been amassing power in Port Charles during the past year. Originally, she and Sonny agreed to remain allies and therefore Sonny would allow Selina to do some business in Port Charles as long as their interests didn’t overlap. Sonny’s one rule was that Selina was forbidden to bring illegal drugs into Port Charles or their alliance would be broken. Selina agreed to Sonny’s terms and she began making her moves in town.

One of Selina’s first moves was to do a few favors for nightclub owner Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner). In returns Curtis has allowed Selina to hold high-stakes poker games in the back room of his club, The Savoy. Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) works for Selina, posing as a player whose purpose is to get the other players to up their stakes.

Cody has done his job well and one of the regular attendees Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) now owes Selina several thousand dollars.

GH Spoilers – Gladys Corbin Needs To Pay Off Her Debt!

Gladys is Sonny’s cousin! While it’s clear that Gladys has access to Sasha Gilmore’s (Sofia Mattsson) finances that Selina really wants as much information about Sonny as Gladys can obtain.

Gladys knows that Sonny is a mobster and family member or not, her betrayal might very well end if her death or at the very least exile from Port Charles. It seems clear that Selina wants Sonny’s territory and is using Gladys to get as much inside information as possible.

General Hospital Spoilers – Deceptions Surprise Investor!

Selina was also revealed as one of Deceptions major investors by CEO Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring). When she was getting Deception off the ground, Lucy was desperate for funding wherever she could find it so she accepted Selina’s offer to invest even through she knows Selina’s true nature as a mobster.

She’s remained mostly silent when it comes to Deceptions, but as the history of the Deceptor gets messier look for Selina to get more involved. But why would Selina want Deception.

Perhaps she plans to bring drugs into Salem and synthesize them in Deception’s labs, right under Sonny’s nose. It seems inevitable that war is coming between the Wu and Corinthos families. Who will be left standing?
