General Hospital spoilers hint Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattson) is currently at risk of experiencing a devastating betrayal. Her mother-in-law, Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs), has been swindling Sasha out of her hard-earned money, all the while relishing in the pleasures that come with it. Despite warnings from Cody Bell (Josh Kelly), Sasha remains closed off to the idea that Gladys could ever do something so heinous.

However, it seems as though her denial isn’t bound to last much longer. The future of Sasha and Gladys’ family relationship remains uncertain, and fans are eagerly waiting to discover what will happen if what is left of their grieving family falls apart — especially when Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) finds out what Gladys has done, and that she lied to him.

When Sonny notices Gladys hanging back with Selina Wu (Lydia Look), he’s going to become increasingly suspicious about how she’s spending her time — and who she’s spending it with. This situation will feel eerily reminiscent of the time Gladys sold Brando Corbin’s (Johnny Wactor) garage.

According to General Hospital spoilers, when Sonny called her out on it, she fumbled over her words and insisted everything was on the up and up and that Sasha knew all about it. We’re still waiting for him to find out that was never true. If Gladys was lying then, what is she lying about now?

The truth is going to come out, and Gladys will pay for her mistakes. However, the potential fallout may not be limited to Sonny and Gladys. Sasha is definitely her bigger concern, even though Sonny could take her out in an instant.

GH Spoilers – Say Sasha Gilmore Corbin Will Give Gladys Corbin A Clean Slate

Maybe Gladys thinks it wouldn’t be so bad to be put out of her misery by her gun-wielding cousin at this point. At least she would be with her son and grandson, right? Ouch. In her heart of hearts, Gladys never meant for any of this to get out of control. It felt so good to be welcomed into the elite fold by someone like Selina.

For once, Gladys felt like she was in a room with company who wanted her there — even if it was just because she was easy to beat at the poker table.

Something tells us Sasha is going to have compassion for Gladys and recognize her gambling habits as a poor coping mechanism for avoiding grieving for Brando. Sasha knows a thing or two about that, after all.

Just because Sasha will be capable of turning over a new leaf and embracing Gladys — flaws and all, doesn’t mean Sonny will feel the same way. While he might not hold it against Gladys that she stole from Sasha since Sasha herself will decide to forgive her, that doesn’t mean Sonny is going to forget how Gladys tried to play him.
