General Hospital Spoilers: Sam Works To Prove Cody Innocent!

General Hospital spoilers tease that Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) is quite the sneak. When she first came to Port Charles, she was trying to freeload of her cousin Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard).

When her son Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) fell in love with and eventually married Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Matson), Gladys was not impressed. But Gladys softened toward Sasha during Sasha pregnancy and legitimately grew close to her especially when the baby died.

General Hospital Spoilers – Brando Corbin died!

General Hospital spoilers show Sasha did have an addiction issue and fell into some legal trouble. In order to stay out of jail, Sasha agreed to a conservatorship with Brando serving as her conservator. Although Sasha wasn’t happy to give anyone that much control of her life and finances.

She eventually agreed. But then Brando was murdered by the Hook so Gladys agreed to take over. But Gladys has an addiction of her own: gambling. She began losing big at poker and owed Selina Wu (Lydia Look) a large sum of money. She sold Brando’s garage to Wu without explaining why to Sasha.

GH Spoilers – Cody Bell Works For Selina Wu!

Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) works for Selina and is well aware of exactly why Gladys sold the garage to Brando. He demanded that Gladys inform Sasha or he would tell her himself. But Gladys had other ideas.

During the Nurses Ball, Sasha arranged for Gladys to wear a very expensive bracelet that even came with it’s own bodyguard. Gladys managed to give the bodyguard the slip and put the expensive bracelet in Cody’s tuxedo jacket.

General Hospital Spoilers – Gladys Corbin Accused Cody Bell Of Stealing The Bracelet!

Cody was arrested for stealing the bracelet and was carted off to jail. But he told Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) that he was innocent. Sam hasn’t always trusted Cody, who is also Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zomprogna) childhood friend.

Since Dante is a police officer, he has to follow the evidence but Sam is a private investigator and will likely decide to investigate Cody’s claims. Sam is very good at what she does so she will likely see right through Gladys and expose her to everyone, including Sasha and Sonny!
