Sam spilled all that she knew about Selina Wu (Lydia Look), Cody’s involvement, and Mac. Yes, Mac. It seems the good cop routine has a crack in it every now and then and even guys like Mac break the rules. He doesn’t want Cody to get caught up in Selina’s mess. There’s just one problem. The guy already is. As Sam detailed everything she had found out, Dante sat there soaking it up like a sponge and not revealing anything he knew that Sam didn’t. Well isn’t that convenient?!

GH Spoilers – Reveal Cody Bell Is Deceiving Everyone

Cody is a man shrouded in mystery. Known for his con artist ways, he seems to have Sam nearly wrapped around his finger at finds. However, little does she know that Cody is hiding a crucial secret — his true identity. He is not actually Leopold Taub’s (Chip Lucia) son, but rather Mac’s son. Dante has known the truth for months and has kept it to himself, which won’t bode well with Sam when she eventually finds out. Why didn’t he think he could trust her with this? Why hasn’t he told Cody to tell Mac the truth — or else? Of course, Dante knows Sam would immediately ask such probing questions and he can’t have her finding out that he is bound to Cody by another secret in his past.

Dante will go above and beyond once again to help his childhood friend. But his efforts to warn Cody are going to go fairly unnoticed. Cody’s primary concern right now is Sasha GIlmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson), not himself.

When Dante tried to counsel him and give him a heads-up about the police being onto Selina, he told him the truth — he’s been working for her and doesn’t see a way out. Will Dante and Mac be able to help him, and if so, will Cody repay his father in kind by finally being honest? That’s more than Dante will give Sam. As the truth finally emerges, the fallout will be both dramatic and emotional. Sam, who has been on a quest for justice, will have to come to terms with the betrayal she has experienced.
