General Hospital Spoilers: Real Killer Still Out There, Heather Is A Fake

General Hospital spoilers suggest that Heather Webber (Alley Mills) may not be the real “Hook” at all. Is Heather merely a copycat? If Heather isn’t the real “Hook” who is?

General Hospital Spoilers – A Little Too Convenient

General Hospital spoilers reveal that Heather just recently found out that Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) is her daughter with Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom). “The Hook” has been around a lot longer than Heather has known this truth. So why would Heather be after everyone who wronged Esme in her eyes if she didn’t know her true identity?

Heather got shot in the process as well. “The Hook” has been very careful not to get caught and tried not to leave any witnesses. Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) saw the killer as well. Diane knows exactly who Heather is since she kidnapped Jason Morgan’s (ex-Steve Burton) son years ago. Would the mere mention of Heather’s name not set off alarm bells when it comes to Diane?

GH Spoilers – Heather Webber Offered To Help The Cops

Heather offered to help the cops before she was returned to Spring Ridge. Of course, there was some discussion but not a definite yes or no after Robert Scorpio’s conversation with his brother Mac Scorpio (John J. York) at the hospital. Could Heather believe that Ryan is the killer and be trying to set him up to take the fall?

Working for the cops makes a lot more sense than Heather picking a random cause and following it. Heather does not do things out of the goodness of her heart. There has to be more to the story than meets the eye. Is Heather working for the cops to figure out what Ryan is up to instead of being the real killer? Either way, now that Heather has killed Britt Westbourne (ex-Kelly Thiebaud), she could become public enemy number one.

General Hospital Spoilers – What If Heather Webber Has Known All Along?

Esme was raised by a nanny named Maggie. Esme was also adopted when she was a baby. Heather has been in Port Charles off and on for several years. Suppose Heather did the one thing she is very good at faking her identity when the need arises. Could Heather have raised her own daughter by pretending t be her nanny?

This certainly wouldn’t be the first time, nor the last, that Heather pulled such a stunt. Heather could certainly be pretending with Ryan to see if she can pull the wool over his eyes. Will Maggie and Heather end up being the same person in the end? Perhaps Heather will make her way to Esme’s hospital room only to be referred to as Maggie?
