General Hospital Spoilers: Nina Finally Learns That Willow Has Cancer

General Hospital: Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) General Hospital spoilers reveal Nina learning one truth about Willow, but will she learn the rest of it?

General Hospital Spoilers – Willow Tait’s Big Secret Is Coming Apart

Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) has known that something strange has been going on with Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) for quite a while but keeps jumping to the wrong conclusions. She really did think that Willow and TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) were having an affair but the two finally squashed that theory and all Nina managed to do was anger Willow even more.

She later drove Willow so insane that Willow lost it on her when Nina was trying to get her to help Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson). That tantrum led to Willow passing out right then and there but Willow wouldn’t let her or Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) bring her to the hospital because they might learn she had cancer.

General Hospital spoilers show Nina gets the truth and Willow might have to stand for someone looking at her funny this week when Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) finds Willow’s record among Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) things and informs Nina that Willow has stage 4 leukemia and delayed treatment for months. That causes Willow to jump to yet another conclusion.

GH Spoilers – Nina Reeves Is Horrified

After Sonny tells her about Willow’s condition, Nina feels terrible, especially for how she has treated Willow.

“Nina has been pretty rough on Willow,” Cynthia Watros said in the January 16, 2023, issue of Soap Opera Digest. “But when she finds out about Willow’s diagnosis, I think it softens Nina quite a bit. She is able to be more understanding because Nina did notice that something was going on with Willow.”

That doesn’t mean Nina is done making assumptions. Seeing how long Willow delayed chemo makes her believe Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) convinced her to do it so she confronts Michael, believing he cared more about his own needs than Willow and Wiley’s, as she certainly doesn’t want to see Wiley grow up without a mother.

Well, she may soon find out it was Willow who didn’t think of Wiley’s needs first and not Michael. Will she also learn she is Wiley’s grandmother in more ways than one? Stay tuned to General Hospital weekdays to see how these stories play out.
