General Hospital Spoilers: Nik And Ava At War

General Hospital spoilers reveal Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) and Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) won’t play nice in this game of war. They are both hurting, albeit for different reasons. Ava feels that everything that has happened is because of Nikolas and his own selfish desires.

Nik believes Ava has taken things too far and doesn’t understand there are some things she just doesn’t know. Her arrogance knows no bounds in his opinion — not that she cares what he thinks. When Nik shows up at Wyndemere, he’s going to be furious with Ava for handing over his confession to Spencer (Nicholas Chavez), who intends to use it for his own selfish reasons. Ava expected as much, but she didn’t think there was anything Nikolas could say that would make her doubt her decision.

General Hospital Spoilers — Nikolas Cassadine Has Come Home To Roost

When Nikolas shows up at Wyndemere, Ava won’t know what to say. Did he forget something when he left his massive estate to his soon-to-be ex-wife? She might be more than obliged to let him fetch whatever tattered rags of his past he left behind, but she knows Demetrius (Ari Kappatos) was primarily responsible for packing up his things. Nikolas will be furious that Ava handed over the evidence of his false confession to Spencer. Nikolas only made that confession as a sign of his devotion and undying love to his wife, and now he feels she has betrayed him by forking it over to his number one enemy. This will sound ironic to Ava, who feels strongly that she is the only party who has been betrayed.

General Hospital spoilers show Ava might take time to remind Nik he doesn’t live at her home on Spoon Island anymore, nor in her heart. His presence is unwelcomed and she doesn’t believe she owes him an apology or explanation for what she’s done. She gave that confession over to Spencer because she hoped it would be useful to him in seeking revenge on his father. Otherwise, she will boast that she truly doesn’t care what happens to Nikolas. She might come to eat those words when all hell breaks loose on the island. Nikolas may not end up living at all — anywhere.

General Hospital Spoilers — Someone Tells All

It’s possible Nikolas could tell Ava the truth — that he never cheated on her with Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst), but it’s more likely that something terrible is going to happen to Nik and Ava will only find out the truth in the wake of his death. Fans know to expect some kind of tragedy may be looming for Nikolas as his life spirals out of control and Marcus Coloma just exited the role without a contract renewal.

Knowing Adam Huss is only a temporary recast somewhat affirms what lies ahead. Will Nik seal his fate and lose his life — or at least appear to — on Spoon Island, and if he does, will his blood be on Ava’s hands? Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers to find out.
