General Hospital Spoilers: Nanny Betty Is Gone…But Not For Good

General Hospital spoilers reveal that Nanny Betty Rutherford (Ella Lentini) has left Port Charles for Mexico. Brick (Stephen A. Smith) is keeping tabs on her.

The evil nanny took the bait that Brick and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) left for her. She downloaded the fake Pikeman information to give to Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth) and Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey), which was eventually passed on to Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober).

With her job completed, and to keep her safe from Sonny, Betty is hiding out on the beaches of Mexico. Little does she know that she is still being watched.

General Hospital Spoilers – Betty Rutherford May Not Be Gone For Good

Betty came and went pretty quickly on General Hospital.

Sonny let the fake nanny off the hook very easily. The woman put his daughter in jeopardy and slapped Ava Jerome (Maura West). Normally, she would have to pay for her behavior but right now Sonny has bigger fish to fry. He is concentrating on Mason and Austin and discovering who the big boss is.

That doesn’t mean that Sonny will forget about Betty. He may have plans for what to do about her sometime in the future. He could bring her back to Port Charles at any time to make her pay.

GH Spoilers – Who Is Betty Rutherford?

Betty went to a lot of trouble for Mason and the boss, but why? She may have just been somebody they hired to be a fake nanny but there is probably more to her story.

She may be related to Mason and Austin but Dr. Gatlin Holt didn’t seem to know who she was.

Her job to help take down Sonny seemed pretty personal. She had a lot of anger towards Ava when they first met and that slap came out of nowhere. She may have ties to Ava or the Jerome family.

Of course, she can always be another one of Sonny’s long-lost children. There has been speculation that she is his daughter with Lily Rivera Corinthos (Lilly Melgar) and that she has been alive all this time. But Sonny really has enough kids at this point. They do not need to add any more.

General Hospital Spoilers – Josslyn Jacks Vs. Nanny Betty Rutherford

Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) took an immediate dislike to Avery’s new nanny when she met her at the Metro Court pool.

This could only be because she was a horrible nanny. Josslyn loves Avery and would not want to see her with someone incapable. But there may be something deeper going on there. It would be great for Betty to return if only to see Joss take her on.

Josslyn is a lot like her mom and would never back down with someone she doesn’t trust. And Carly’s daughter has a sixth sense. She recognized Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) as evil from the moment they met.
