At General Hospital, Esmé, after not wanting Heather Webber (Alley Mills) anywhere near her, agrees to a visit after the revelation that Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) is dead.
Heather looks hopeful but sad as she asks Esmé if she is going to say hello to her mother. Esmé’s eyes showed a reaction of shock and grief after Laura Collins (Genie Francis) revealed that her father, Ryan was dead.
Esmé will draw a line in the sand and likely set some boundaries for Heather. Heather will lash out.
At the Port Charles Police Department, Dante talks to Molly Lansing-Davis (Haley Pullos) who works in the assistant district attorney’s office.
After hearing Heather’s confession about attacking Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) and Elizabeth Baldwin’s (Rebecca Herbst) confession about helping him with Esmé he wants to start a search right away.
He may be trying to get a warrant to search Wyndemere Castle and Spoon Island for more evidence to support Elizabeth’s story, since all they have is a scorched Christmas ornament. Since the castle was already searched one time, it will take a little more searching of the surroundings in order to verify the confessions.
After giving her confession, Elizabeth has questions, asking Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) if there’s anything that could make this deal go through. Scott tried to get her a plea bargain before her confession, but District Attorney Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) needed more information.
Elizabeth could possibly be facing some serious charges, although if no one can back up her story or evidence to support it is not found, she could still catch a break.
Elizabeth got the call to come to the PCPD as she was talking to her oldest son, Cameron Webber (William Lipton). She just told him she loved him even though he had suspicions there was something wrong.
Back at the hospital nursery, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) continues to console Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) after he realized his actions left him and his baby brother without a father.
Now that Nikolas is missing, and no one can find him, Spencer blames himself for making him disappear forever. Spencer wants to take action of some sort and Laura tells him to think before he acts. Baby boy Prince-Cassadine (uncredited infant) will need someone to claim him and care for him if Esmé is sent to prison.
Elsewhere, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) catch up, the first time they’ve talked since the Ashford-Robinson wedding. They have a lot of catching up to do as Trina talks to Josslyn about Spencer-she says she doesn’t know what she would have done if she hadn’t been with him.
The revelation that Trina’s father might be Curtis Ashford, (Donnell Turner) and not Marcus Taggert (Réal Andrews) has shaken her, but she doesn’t want a DNA test done.
To Trina, Marcus will always be her father, the father that counts. Marcus feels the same way and there’s no need to clarify that situation.
Elsewhere, Curtis confronts Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) and he’s quite angry as he asks her how long she’s known that Trina might be his daughter. Jordan will tell him she has suspected it for a while but it wasn’t her story to tell him.
She had strongly encouraged Portia Robinson Ashford (Brook Kerr) to tell the truth, but Portia didn’t want to know or find out for sure. Curtis may not be happy with her explanations either but that’s all he’s getting from her.
