She ended up in a coma after the explosion at the Floating Rib. The GH spoilers hinted that Lulu could get back together with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna). He’s currently in a relationship with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco).

Dante told Sam that he has no intentions of getting back with Lulu if she wakes up from her coma. However, that could all change when he sees her.

Dante and Lulu share a son and the couple has become a fan favorite among the viewers. If Lulu wakes up from a coma, this could change the trajectory of the show.

The General Hospital spoilers hint that Dante and Lulu could reconnect over that traumatic moment. They will also be brought closer together by their child.

Emme was cast as Lulu back in 2013. The ABC soap didn’t renew her contract and she doesn’t know why. There is also the possibility that Julie Marie Berman could return to this role.

On Friday’s episode, Lulu’s face wasn’t shown. She’s still wrapped up in bandages due to the explosion that caused the burns all over her body. This left the viewers wondering who will take over the role of this popular character.

Lulu will eventually wake up and talk to the other characters. The spoilers suggest that a stand-in will take over the role of Lulu.
