General Hospital Spoilers – The “Family” Business Appears To Be Organ Trafficking

The “family” business appears to be organ trafficking, and Helena was involved with some traffickers when Jake Webber (Hudson West) was little and presumed dead. Ultimately, it was Nelle Benson’s (Chloe Lanier) kidney that went to Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) instead of Jake’s, but Helena had the contacts.

All types of strange experiments were going on at Cassadine Island at that time, and now it seems Helena is back after years, but was she really dead to begin with?

Perhaps that last message that Laura Collins (Genie Francis) shut off on the big screen that was to be played at Luke Spencer’s (Anthony Geary) funeral was that Helena’s alive! It makes sense that she may be keeping Luke alive somewhere on the island unbeknownst to Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) and Nikolas in Port Charles.

GH Spoilers – It Makes Sense For Helena Cassadine To Secretly Be Alive

General Hospital spoilers show Helena was known to play mind games and it makes sense for her to be secretly alive somewhere, perhaps in another Cassadine compound unbeknownst to Victor. Helena and Victor seemed to have an emotional distance from each other for having been former lovers, he never said a peep to her when he was head of the WSB.

Perhaps Irina Cassadine (Alyshia Ochse) was Victor’s too, and Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart) sister and Victor didn’t like hearing she hid her in a basement and later killed her! That could be why she made sure Nikolas was taken out of that tack closet and put on life support while there was still some life left in him.

And whatever Helena may have thought of Nikolas previously, having him painted poisoning her tea-maybe it wasn’t him-maybe it was Victor, he had darker hair back then.

General Hospital Spoilers – Helena Cassadine Loved Spencer Cassadine

However dysfunctional Helena and Nikolas may have been in the past, she loved Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) when he was a little boy. She lived in Wyndmere for quite a while and taught him how to waltz-whether he remembers how remains to be seen, with the Nurses’ Ball ongoing.

This may be one reason she would have had his father saved and kept alive, at least until his brain heals-a trickle of blood was seen coming from his ear.

The person who finally has the last word on whether Luke survived or not and Victor being responsible might be Helena. She might have the last word on whether Nikolas survives as well, the real battle being between her and Victor.
