General Hospital Spoilers: Daytime Alum Kassie DePaiva Brings Blair Cramer To Port Charles!

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Kassie DePaiva will portray her former One Life to Live character Blair Cramer on the ABC soap.

After OLTL was shuttered, De Paiva made her GH debut in 2012, and has played Eve Donovan on Days of our Lives a role for which she received two Emmy nominations.

According to TV Line the daytime icon appears for a brief stint on GH beginning in September.

General Hospital Spoilers – Kassie DePaiva And Blair Cramer Back to GH

An ABC rep confirmed that Kassie DePaiva will play her One Life to Live alter ego, Blair Cramer on GH next month.

In March 2012, two months after OLTL stopped airing on ABC, the actress portrayed Blair on GH for several months.

That storyline included her Llanview leading man Roger Howarth who played Todd Manning.

These two had a torrid love affair and Howarth’s character was one of daytime’s most controversial due to a rape incident.

Howarth formerly played demented artist Franco Baldwin (after the real-life Franco exited the role) on GH and currently portrays shady backwoods doc Austin Gatlin-Holt.

GH spoilers – Kassie DePaiva Wil Play Blair Cramer

In August DePaiva told Soap Opera Digest that she was on board with returning to GH as feisty and complicated heroine/vixen Blair.

She said, “There’s a lot of history there, a lot of time, a lot of water under that bridge. But I guess Todd is not Todd, right?

So if I was to go back on that show, he probably wouldn’t recognize me. But I could go, ‘You’re hot. You look like somebody I used to know.’”

She’s referring to Blair and Austin somehow meeting up and having a wink, wink, nod, nod, moment for daytime fans, and that would be awesome, especially for fans who followed the GH daytime lineup.

Last month All My Children alum Walt Willey brought his Pine Valley, PA character Jackson Montgomery to the show.

He appeared on three episodes and the good news is that fans will see him on GH again this week.
