General Hospital Spoilers: Cody Is In Over His Head With Scott

General Hospital spoilers report Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) is concerned for his childhood pal, Cody Bell (Josh Kelly). When he learned that Cody was mixed up with Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner), Dante’s spidey senses went haywire. This can’t be good, right? Scott so much as told Dante to stay out of it, citing attorney-client privilege.

Cody pretty much told him the same, elaborating that he didn’t need Dante’s advice and he wasn’t going to reconsider his decision to pursue a lawsuit against the WSB. But Cody is getting himself in the hot water going after a federal organization for destroying a necklace that he claims belongs to him when it didn’t. How is he going to pull off this ruse? He’s not – at least not without Dante’s help.

General Hospital Spoilers — Cody Bell Needs A Favor

Scott mentioned to Cody that they may need to exhume Leopold Taub’s (Chip Lucia) body to perform a DNA test and prove that Cody is his biological son. That is certainly the very last thing that Cody needed to hear at the time. He made it clear to Scott that he was not on board with that, but when Scott returns insisting that it’s the only way, Cody is going to be up the river without a paddle. Will Dante throw him a life preserver?

GH Spoilers – Indicate Dante Falconeri Owes Him

According to GH spoilers, Cody doesn’t really have anyone in his corner. It’s not like he can call on a powerful colleague like Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) to have his back. He’s in this by himself, even though he’s got the shifty Scott Baldwin when helping him out. But he knows he can’t tell Scott the truth about his real paternity or he will call the whole thing off.

So not only is Cody planning to take the WSB by fraud but he’s also defrauding Scott. Now, he wants Dante to join him in this scheme. When Dante chuckles and makes it known he won’t be breaking any laws on Cody’s behalf, his childhood best friend just might remind him that he holds to power to ruin Dante’s life as he knows it.

General Hospital Spoilers — Why Not Just Call It Off And Call Mac Scorpio?

Dante will try to convince Cody that this is silly and to call the whole thing off. He may even try reminding him that Mac Scorpio (John J. York) is his real father and he’s a great dad to have. Why wouldn’t Cody want to have this man in his life as more than just a friend?

Dante could try to appeal to Cody’s emotions — saying that he is deserving of having such a father, but Cody will remind Dante that his goal is wheeling and dealing. He wants compensation for that necklace that he’s not going to rest until he gets it. So, is Dante going to help him — even by illegal means? Will he have a choice?
