General Hospital Spoilers: Carly’s Secrets, Michael’s Revenge-Disowns Mom For Keeping Nina Secret?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates tease that Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) could be so angry when he finds out Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) kept secrets, he might disown her. She has known that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) birth mother for months and kept it a secret.

General Hospital Spoilers – Nina Reeves Finds Out

The stage is set for Michael’s anger to boil over at his mom when Nina finds out that Willow has leukemia and didn’t start chemo until her second trimester. Willow’s medical file along with some other files from Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) desk were in the box Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) packed up and Nina took home. If Liesl had not been overcome with grief, she may have realized she shouldn’t have taken those but turned them over to Terry Randolph (Cassandra James).

But as it turned out, she took everything on Britt’s desk and the file was there along with some other random things, and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) notices it. He looks through the box while Ava Cassadine (Maura West) comes over to express condolences to Nina, and Nina finds out when he talks about the file.

GH Spoilers – Nina Reeves Tears Into Michael Corinthos

When Nina sees this file, she rushes over and tears into Michael, assuming all his preoccupation with taking down Sonny got in the way of concern for Willow’s health. The last thing Nina wants is for her grandson Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) to lose the only mother he’d remember, Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) having died when he was an infant.

Michael may not exactly be receptive at first but something will click later when Terry’s call to Willow about a bone marrow match comes on the heels of Britt’s death. He may be upset that Nina knows, but that can be cleared up when he remembers she’s Britt’s cousin and the file was in her effects. The connection will become clear when the truth comes out and somehow Britt’s death leads to Nina and Willow finding out they’re mother and daughter and Nina’s donation may save Willow.

General Hospital Spoilers – Drew Cain May Find Out The Truth

It seems that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) may find out the truth at the same time; possibly hospital records related to the bone marrow registry could bring up the DNA test. Even though Carly lied about Nina and Willow being a match, the test she had done back several months ago should be in the GH computer system. If the bone marrow match brought up Britt then a relative search must be done, which will reveal Nina or Liesl and Carly’s lies will be exposed.

Carly will catch serious flak from Drew to begin with because she lied, but Michael may be angry enough to disown her like he has Sonny on numerous occasions. She’s known the truth all along even if she didn’t know the reasons Willow’s been looking for her family, she knew Willow was looking and still kept quiet.
