General Hospital Spoilers leak Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) was worried the moment he learned Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) was pregnant that there may have been a chance he was the baby’s father. But learning his own father had an affair with sense changed everything.

He has readily assumed the role as Ace Cassadine’s (Jay and Joey Clay) big brother, but he’s in for a shock soon when he learns their connection is much closer. Is Spencer ready to be a father? And what will it mean for his relationships with Esme and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali)?

General Hospital Spoilers — Esme Prince Doesn’t Remember a Thing

Rumor has it Dr. Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) is going to do her best to convince Esme that she can’t know for sure that Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) is Ace’s father.

After all, if Esme can’t remember the past, how does she know she was having Nikolas’ baby other than Elizabeth Baldwin ((Rebecca Herbst) attesting that’s what Esme told her and Nik?

Sure, there’s a chance Esme is pretending to have amnesia, but if that’s the case, she still can’t let on that she remembers anything.

So, when Portia recommends a DNA test comparing Spencer and Ace to make sure they’re related, Esme won’t have any good reason to contest it.

GH Spoilers – Indicate Portia Robinson Fixes Everything

Of course, Portia knows her way around a DNA test at this point. Who knows how many times she looked into them over the years as she hid her own daughter’s paternity from everyone they knew.

Portia won’t hesitate to fix the DNA test to make sure it looks like Spencer is Ace’s dad rather than his brother.

Of course, that doesn’t mean that Spencer is Ace’s brother or father! But Portia needs the results to look the way she wants them to if she’s going to push Spencer and Esme closer together — in hopes it will pull Spencer and Trina further apart.

That being said, the possibility remains that Spencer could actually be Ace’s dad, too.

When Spencer and Esme get the news that he is Ace’s father, they’ll both be stunned. Spencer might try to add up the timeline and consider it a wash at this point.

Obviously, DNA is DNA, and if he was being honest with himself, he wouldn’t be terribly disappointed.

Sure, this is going to put a cramp in his personal plans, but he was already planning to help raise Ace — and he never wanted Nikolas to.
