First Look At American Horror Story Season 12 With Kim Kardashian [TRAILER]

A first look has been released of American Horror Story season 12, starring Kim Kardashian, Emma Roberts and Cara Delevingne. Meanwhile, the season’s official title has been released and it’s “Delicate.” Read on to find out more about the latest AHS season and Kardashian in her first fictional role.

American Horror Story: Delicate with Kim Kardashian

The latest in the FX and Hulu series American Horror Story stars Kim Kardashian, Emma Roberts and Cara Delevingne. Anyone keen to see Kardashian in her non-fiction debut finally gets a peek as FX and Hulu release the first teaser video, officially titled American Horror Story: Delicate.

The teaser is backed by an eerie remix of the lullaby, Rock-a-bye Baby and a series of images of identical figures dancing in an ominous way. Images of Roberts and Delevingne first appear, wearing white wigs and black dresses. Next, Kardashian appears, wearing the same wig and clothing, while cradling what is apparently a baby.

AHS alum Roberts is returning to the horror franchise after a four-year hiatus. Fans will recall she previously starred in Coven, Freak Show, Cult, Apocalypse and 1984. Meanwhile, besides Kardashian, Delevingne is a new addition to the eerie horror franchise.

About AHS season 12

Unlike previous American Horror Story seasons, season 12 is partly based on the book, Delicate Condition by Danielle Valentine. The novel, which will be released on bookshelves on August 1 is a gripping thriller. It tells the story of a woman, desperate to have a baby. However, she begins to suspect that a sinister figure is going to great lengths to prevent her from getting pregnant, while the men in her life refuse to believe a word she says.

The Hollywood Reporter earlier reported that Kardashian, the reality star and pop culture icon, would make her first scripted TV debut in AHS season 12. Meanwhile, it was added that the role was specifically written with Kim in mind. At the time, American Horror Story co-creator Ryan Murphy said:

Kim is among the biggest and brightest television stars in the world and we are thrilled to welcome her to the AHS family.

Emma and I are excited about collaborating with this true force in the culture. Halley Feiffer has written a fun, stylish and ultimately terrifying role especially for Kim, and this season is ambitious and unlike anything we have ever done.

While there is no official date for the premiere of American Horror Story: Delicate, the trailer did say it is coming “soon.”.
