While recently, the headlines are full of delays due to the WGA Writers’ and SAG-AFTRA actors’ strike, some shows are still airing.
In fact, the fifth season of the multiple-award-winning Fargo is set to premiere on Tuesday, November 21.

The multi-award-winning series Fargo returns for season 5 on Tuesday, November 21, at 10 pm on FX and Hulu.
The network also released a series of images from the latest season and offered more details of the plot.
Fans will recall that the series was created by Noah Hawley and is based on the Oscar-nominated 1996 movie Fargo by the Coen Brothers.
Previously, it was teased that the fifth season will be set in 2019 in Minnesota and North Dakoka. It was also revealed that while season 4 had 11 episodes, season 5 is set to have 10.
According to Deadline, following an unexpected series of events, Dorothy “Dot” Lyon (Juno Temple) finds herself in hot water with the authorities.
In fact, this seemingly typical Midwestern housewife is suddenly plunged back into a life she believed she had left behind.
Meanwhile, North Dakota Sheriff Roy Tillman (Jon Hamm) has been searching for Dot for a long time.
As a constitutional lawman, a rancher and a preacher, Roy believes that he is the law and therefore is above the law.
Moreover, his loyal but feckless son, Gator (Stranger Things’ Joe Keery) is at his side through thick and thin.
Gator is desperate to prove himself to his larger-than-life father. Unfortunately, he’s hopeless, and when it comes to searching for Dot, Roy enlists the help of Ole Munch (Sam Sprueli), a drifter of mysterious origin.
Meanwhile, with her deepest secrets beginning to unravel, Dot tries to shield her family from her past.
However, her doting, but well-meaning husband, Wayne (David Rysdahl) keeps running to his mother Lorraine Lyon (Jennifer Jason Leigh) to help.
However, the CEO of the largest debt collection agency in the USA, and the “Queen of Debt” is not impressed with her son’s choice of a wife and spares no opportunity to voice her disapproval.
Meanwhile, when Minnesota Police Deputy Indira Olmstead (Richa Moorjani) and North Dakota Deputy Witt Farr (Lamorne Morris), notice Dot’s unusual behavior, Lorraine appoints her in-house counsel and primary adviser, Danish Graves (Dave Foley), to help her daughter-in-law. It seems that despite everything, family is family for Lorraine.
However, Dot has an uncanny knack for survival and when her back is to the wall, she is about to show why you should never provoke a mother Lyon.
Fargo hails from Peabody- and Emmy-winning showrunner, Hawley, along with his production company 26 Keys.
Meanwhile, the executive producer is Warren Littlefield (The Handmaid’s Tale) through his production company, The Littlefield Company.
Moreover, other executive producers include Steve Stark, Joel and Ethan Coen, and Kim Todd.
