Fans Shocked To See Josh Duggar’s Next Big Move To Get Out Of Prison

Duggar Damily News reveals that Josh Duggar is trying, yet again, to get released from prison.

He was arrested for possessing child pornography and he has attempted many times to appeal his case. He has also claimed that his employees were guilty of downloading pornography to his computers at the used car lot that he once owned.

Josh hasn’t had any luck appealing this case and now it looks as if he is going one step further. He is now petitioning to the Supreme Court! Let’s find out what is going on with this case.

The Appeal To The Supreme Court

When Duggar fans heard about Josh’s latest appeal, they were shocked. Going to the Supreme Court is a huge and daunting idea.

The appeal stated, “Mr. Duggar’s case raises an important question, concerning a criminal defendant’s constitutional right to present a complete defense.” His team would like him to have the time to put together his appeal.

They feel as if he will get another chance if he is given time to consult with them. The team wants an extra 60 days to help get a new appeal together for Josh. They feel as if this will show that he is truly innocent of the charges against him.

Duggar has been sentenced to 151 months in FCI Seagonville Prison in Seagonville, Texas. His family was rocked by the charges against him.

Josh claimed that he was interrogated without a lawyer present then he claimed that it wasn’t his computer that the child pornography was found on. It has been a very complex situation, but every appeal that his lawyers have made has come up empty.

The Duggar Family Name

The Duggars are no strangers to scandal. Josh has been involved in multiple scandals and his history doesn’t make him look good to the court. A few of Josh’s sisters came out to the world that he had sexually molested them as children.

He was a teenager when this happened and his parents, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar tried to sweep it under the rug.

After Amazon released the documentary, Shiny, Happy People, Josh’s past came out and there have been more and more people coming out about him being a sex offender for years.
