EastEnders Spoilers: Sam Mitchell Declines Ricky’s Offer, Decides To Stay In Walford

EastEnders spoilers and updates tease that Sam Mitchell (Kim Medcalf) has declined the offer of Ricky Butcher (Sid Owen). She has decided to stay in Walford to support her son, Ricky Jr. (Frankie Day).

Sam and Ricky are in love with each other. However, she has decided to stay in Albert Square to support her son.

Fans may recall that Sam’s 12-year old son with Jack Branning (Scott Maslen), is the father of Lily Slater’s (Lillia Turner) baby. Lily decided to keep the baby and because of their age, the police questioned Ricky Jr. about the nature of their relationship.

Meanwhile, Jack tried to pull rank over DC Booth’s procedure in questioning Ricky Jr. But she explained that he is a parent in this case and he is not acting as an inspector.

During the questioning by the police and social services, Jack objected when the questions were about Amy Mitchell (Ellie Dadd). Sam eventually stepped in to mediate and Jack was thankful for that.

Then she revealed the news that she was not joining Ricky and Scarlett in Dusseldorf. He told Ricky that she cannot marry him and move to Germany. She explained that she needed to be there for her son and be there at this tough time.

Sam and Ricky shared their goodbyes. The latter understood that she needed to be there for her son.

Ricky Jr. will be making a huge decision as Lily’sbaby story continues. He will open to raise her son, which will make Jack feel horrified. Jack wants Stacey and Martin to talk some sense to Lily. But they insist that abortion is not an option.

Jack then turns to Lily and tries to explain what it will be like to be a teen mum. Stacey will be angry at Jack for what he did and will storm to No. 27 and tells the Brannings that they are banned from having anything to do with the baby.

Ricky is furious and decides to stay with Sam, which will leave Jack devastated. He will try to convince Ricky Jr. to come home.
