EastEnders revealed more hints about Ryan Malloy’s (Neil McDermott) secret plan for Lily Slater (Lillia Turner). His plans to bring the latter back to Wakefield were revealed after he made a secret phone call to Helen. He told everyone about his plans before Lily’s pregnancy scan.

Stacey and Ryan were asked to leave the room as the scan took place because of their constant bickering.
