Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers suggest that Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) will fight for her life during the week of January 1st, as she OD from some tainted pills during NYE festivities.

Of course, Nicole Walker-DiMera (Arianne Zucker) will be an emotional wreck, considering everything she’s been through, and will need all the support she can get.

Still, there’s a good chance that Holly will pull through. Will Days take this storyline as an opportunity to bring back an old favorite for a “family” visit?

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Holly Jonas Never Met Her Father

DOOL spoilers remind fans that Holly never got to meet her biological father, Dr. Daniel Jonas (Shawn Christian).

After all, she was conceived through IVF, and Nicole and Daniel’s “friend” Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) carried her as Ms. Walker-DiMera couldn’t successfully do so at the time. This is why her bond with Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) is so strong.

Daniel passed away long before Holly was born, so Eric stepped in as a father figure during her younger years.

If Holly is struggling at the hospital, knocking on death’s door, could she get a special visit from her dad, Daniel?

DOOL Spoilers – Maggie Kiriakis Will Be By Holly Jonas’s Side

Days spoilers hint that Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) will rush to the hospital to be by Holly’s side during her time of need.

Maggie is her grandmother, the mother of Daniel, and it makes sense for her to be in any scenes involving Holly’s medical emergency.

Interestingly enough, she has spent little onscreen time with her granddaughter since Holly was SORASed. Now, this isn’t to say that they don’t spend any time together at all.

However, Maggie being at the hospital could tease a ghostly visit from Daniel. After all, for fans who may not recall who Holly’s dad is, this could certainly connect the dots.

Plus, Daniel passed away shortly after a NYE crash in early 2016. The irony for long-time Days fans will not be lost when it comes to this storyline.
