DOOL Spoilers: Two Men, Two Proposals, Engagements For Eric And EJ? 

Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates tease there’ll be two men, two proposals, two second tries. Will Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) and EJ DiMera’s (Dan Feurreriegel) second try proposals score engagements to Sloan Petersen (Jessica Serfaty) and Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker)?

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Nicole Walker Is Ready Now-Or Is She?

Nicole feels like she is ready to make a commitment to EJ now, whereas in the past, maybe not so much-but their past is their past and their present is their now and ahead is their future.

She knows Eric is going to propose to Sloan and she doesn’t like her for him-but then, who does; no one supports that relationship. But, (as far as she knows) Nicole is having EJ’s baby and even though she’s inwardly fuming over Eric’s choices, she’s determined to see it through with EJ.

What Nicole doesn’t know regarding Eric’s proposal, which he had told her and Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) about in Horton Town Square, is that it’s his second try. Sloan had refused to take his name or give their baby his name, considering it unnecessary but Eric won’t give up.

DOOL Spoilers – EJ DiMera Notices Nicole Walker Is Distracted

EJ notices Nicole is distracted when he comes home-and she opens up to him about Eric asking Sloan to marry him, figuring he wouldn’t think anything of it. She insists she’s not affected by the news, because she wants to be with EJ, in spite of Eric and Nicole always caring about each other.

EJ’s response is one of obvious insecurity, even though he knows that she is determined to stay with him and they’re having a baby together. It’s complicated without a doubt, but Nicole is no longer the bad girl that she once was, she has changed her ways and is determined to keep it that way. Nicole still loves both Eric and EJ, but she’s determined to keep her focus on EJ.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – No One-Upmanship Here

EJ then proposes marriage the second time to Nicole, promising her there’s no one-upmanship because of Eric’s proposal to Sloan; he wants them and the baby to be a family.

But she still has struggles with an immediate yes, because marriage to EJ closes the door to Eric, and Sloan’s trying to keep her hooks in him! So for EJ, the second try proposal to Nicole may still be iffy in spite of how she insists she’s committed.

As for Eric and his second try proposal to Sloan, who knows what a second try will do? All he knows is he’s going to have to make his second proposal much more romantic, but whether she’ll answer in the affirmative, it’s still a crap shoot!
