DOOL Spoilers: Tripp Harms Ben Weston To Avenge Clyde Blackmailing Ava?

Days of our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Ava Jerome (Tamara Braun) killed her criminal minder Gil Carter (David S. Lee) after he tried to assault her. It was self-defense, pure and simple, and her son Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) will be keeping closer tabs on his mom as a result.

Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) now has Gil’s old job, courtesy of convict Clyde Weston (James Read).

Tripp is now a doctor but before that he was a negative force, lashing out for perceived sins against Ava. As such it’s easy to see that dark side coming to the fore now that Ava is back in the weeds.

Clyde could slip up and give Tripp the ammo he needs—but not before more danger and chaos descends on Salem.

It would be ironic but poetic justice if Tripp went after Clyde Weton’s son Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) just as Clyde has done with her son.

Ciara Weston (Victoria Konefal) and Ben are living offscreen but as fans know, Wilson is also playing Alex Kiriakis, so it would be easy to film him as Ben just to juice this plot up.

Thus far Ava is working to keep Tripp safe from Clyde’s threats, this soon could reverse with Tripp acting in defense of Ava.
