It’s interesting that the will speaks of an unidentified secret son. Alex was named in Victor’s letters from Anjelica, not the actual will.

So, anyone could have written those letters and signed Anjelica’s name. Even though Alex is supposedly Victor’s secret son, could Theresa have just made it seem that way?

Some fans believe that Victor’s secret son should have been Xander instead of Alex. Fans watched as Xander desperately tried to earn Victor’s approval.

In the end, Xander wasn’t able to get it and walked away. Since then, things just keep going downhill for Xander.

Constantly rejected in love and never able to get past his old reputation, Xander has tried to become a better man. Now Xander is facing more bombshells in his personal life, including Sarah Horton’s (Linsey Godfrey) and Rex Brady’s (Kyle Lowder) paternity scheme.

It seems that Xander is overdue for some good news. At one time, Victor told Xander he considered him a son. Even though the relationship soured after that, Victor might have meant that statement more literally than anyone realized.

Perhaps Xander will end up winning after all. Could it turn out that Victor’s secret son is Xander and not Alex? Was Theresa trying to “save” the Kiriakis family by erasing Xander from Victor’s legacy?
