DOOL Spoilers: Tater’s No Longer A Tot-Angsty Teen Causes Trouble At School!

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers and updates tease “Tater Tot” Tate Black (last played by Colin and Kyle Shroeder) is no longer a tot! Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) gets a call from his school and finds out he’s causing trouble, and updates his mother Theresa Donovan (Jen Lilley).

Theresa was quite the troublemaker as a teen and is still making trouble, although now her trouble is of different kinds.

She was into drugs and later got hooked up with a Mexican drug lord, Mateo aka El Fideo (Andoni Gracia) leaving Tate with Brady for a short time.

Then she took Tate and moved to California, and Brady hadn’t seen Tate for years-yet, he’s the one who gets the call from his school when he’s in trouble!

Apparently the trouble the no longer a tot Tate has been causing at school is something quite serious.

Did Shane or Kimberly Donovan (Charles Shaughnessy, Patsy Pease) ever tell Theresa they hoped she’d get one just like her?

DOOL Spoilers – Tate Black Could Have Gotten Himself Expelled!

Tate could have done something so bad he could have gotten himself expelled-and even though Brady feels Tate is better off with him, what effect might it have on his daughter?

Brady will share custody now with Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) after going to court again, although Kristen won’t like it.

However, there’s another reason Brady would feel Tate’s better off with him and that’s because Theresa has ulterior motives-he knows she wants him back.

She could tear a page out of Kristen’s playbook regarding custody of Rachel and push for Brady and her to reconcile so Tate can live with both.

Theresa might be pretending to move on with Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) for now, but she’s just using him to make Brady jealous.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – No More “Tater Tot”, He’s A Troubled Teen

Either way, there’s no more “Tater Tot” as he’s been aged up rapidly, otherwise known as Soap Opera Rapid Aging Syndrome and now he’s a troubled teen.

No word has been released as who will play him, although there is a casting call for high school age actors – two, actually, for Tate and Holly Jonas (Elin Alexander).

So Tate, as well as a new Holly, may not be seen for several months, DOOL taping six months ahead.

By the time viewers see Tate, they will also see a new Theresa-Jen Lilley having confirmed the character of Gwen Rizczech Von Leuschner (Emily O’Brien) leaving and Emily the new Theresa. The new Tate and the new Holly should likely be seen in the spring.
