DOOL Spoilers: Steve’s Valentine’s Dream – Is Kayla Really Reaching Out?

Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates tease that Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) will have a sweet Valentine’s Day dream in which Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) visits. But is it just a dream or is Kayla really reaching out from the great beyond?

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Steve Johnson Sees Kayla Johnson, In White

Kayla’s dressed in the same white dress she’s been seen in when she, Kate Brady (Lauren Koslow) and Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) are in “the beyond”. Obviously, with the fake outs they’ve experienced courtesy of Nick Fallon (Blake Berris) and the devil, they’re either in purgatory as Kate was told or some other in-between place. But Steve knows from when Bo Brady (Peter Reckell) came and raised Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) from the dead that this life is not the end of it.

He just doesn’t understand why Bo couldn’t have come back and saved Kayla, Kate and Marlena. But if Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) came to see Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) at Christmas, he’s willing to believe it’s really Kayla visiting him for Valentine’s Day.

DOOL Spoilers – A Kiss From Angelic Sweetness

Days of Our Lives spoilers say Steve is asleep on the couch – he can’t stand to sleep in their bed – when he sees his angelic sweetness standing before him in a white dress. It all seems so real – and she even kisses him, a heavenly kiss even if she wasn’t appearing as an “angel”. But Kayla’s visit from the great beyond is very real – and she won’t be the only one reaching out, so will Kate, and Marlena strikes a deal with the devil.

All three ladies know their beloved husbands left back on earth are about to make some huge mistakes, and they hope to prevent them from doing so. But for now, Kayla just hopes to alleviate some of Steve’s crippling grief and pain – she wishes she had time to visit their daughter Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) also.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Not Dead, Not Alive?

Kayla, Kate and Marlena are in a place where although their bodies appear to be dead – Kate’s even in an urn – in their own reality, they’re not dead, not alive either! They are all in an in-between place, and while it’s not really purgatory it’s not yet heaven either – Marlena’s had an out of body experience before, but this is different. It’s like they are between death and life, heaven and earth, and things could go either way – they could complete the challenges they’re given and return to earth.

Or, they could fail and go either to hell or into heaven – it’s like a celestial Orpheus (George DelHoyo) mind game! For Steve, Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) and John Black (Drake Hogestyn) it definitely feels more like hell!
