Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers and updates tease it’s Stephanie Johnson’s (Abigail Klein) last straw and she makes a decision.

She dumps Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) for his mean maneuver of firing Everett Lynch (Blake Berris)!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Overstep Much?

Stephanie was already getting suspicious of Chad’s overstepping and his suspicions of Everett, he didn’t believe a word of Everett’s story-at first, she was pretty understanding.

She wasn’t sure if she believed him either, but she was dealing with her past hurt over thinking Everett ghosted her but he seemed very believable when he said what happened.

After all, it’s not the first time in Salem someone walked to a mailbox and just disappeared-remember Marlena Evans’ (Deidre Hall) first husband, Don Craig (Jed Allen)?

But Chad isn’t just worried that Everett’s a liar, he’s worried that he’s moving in on Stephanie-so he really overstepped and bought Gwen Rizchech’s (Emily O’Brien) half of the Salem Spectator.

Then he overruled Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) and made Xander fire Everett-no job, no stay in Salem was Chad’s assumption.

DOOL Spoilers – Stephanie Johnson Doesn’t Like Overreaches

Stephanie doesn’t like overreaches, especially where Chad’s concerned, acting like he owns her when he won’t even marry her, it’s difficult to compete with the memory of a dead cousin.

They had that debate not long ago, when Stephanie wanted to get married right before Everett showed up, but Chad wasn’t ready to move on past Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller).

Now Stephanie starts thinking about some of Chad’s inappropriate moves from a few months back-like when he secretly warned Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) to stay away from her.

That wasn’t Chad’s call to make at all-even though she realized he was trying to be protective of her-because he didn’t trust Alex either-and that all translates to not trusting her!

Stephanie wants Chad to act like an adult and trust that she’s an adult and can make her own decisions and especially the type about relationships!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – A Shocking Discovery

Stephanie and Everett will soon make a shocking discovery, one that might pertain to Chad and his underhanded manipulations; since Chad didn’t fire Everett directly, they may discover his purchase.

After all, Chad prodded Xander to do the firing and he blackmailed him just a tad to get him to do it; the Spectator sale could pop up on the Internet.

Chad didn’t just come out and say he bought Gwen’s half of the Spectator and recommended Everett for firing, Xander was supposed to keep quiet.

This would certainly factor into Stephanie’s deciding this was the last straw with Chad, and she packs her things and moves back in with her parents.

That is an extreme power grab and an overreach to buy half a company just to get rid of a guy Chad’s jealous of-who could blame Stephanie for having had enough?
