While most parents know that child loss grief isn’t erased when you still have one or more living children, for someone like Sloan, who’s never been a mother before, she truly believed that because Holly was around, there was no need to “feel bad” about stealing Nicole’s baby.

This will have Nicole reeling and worried about losing her daughter. Plus, imagine the irony of losing two kids within weeks of each other.

While Holly will probably end up being okay, the stress could have Ms. Walker-DiMera on edge, plus, it also looks like she and Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) will bond as Holly struggles in the hospital.

After all, while he was only a “stepdad” to her, Eric has been the only true father she’s ever known, and he loves the girl as if she were his own.

Still, maybe Holly will also require a bone marrow or stem cell transplant for her recovery. Perhaps she can only get this from a relative.

Knowing the severity of the situation, could Sloan decide to step forward? Maybe she even comes forward beforehand, regardless of the transplant, out of sheer guilt around what Nicole is facing.
