Both viewers and DOOL characters alike will finally get to officially say goodbye to the iconic soap opera villain.

DOOL Spoilers – The History Of Victor Kiriakis

John Aniston originated the Victor role in 1985, playing the legendary daytime drama character for 37 years. While Kiriakis started off as a villain, over the years he’s softened considerably and would often offer some comedic relief.

Much of his “road to redemption” can be attributed to his romance with Maggie Horton (Suzanne Rogers), and the two came together in 2010, getting hitched in 2011.

While Victor was known for his no-hold-bars business savvy as a Greek tycoon, his true legacy lies with this family.

From his kids, grandkids, and great-grandkids, as well as nieces, nephews, and other extended family that he was quite close to, the Kiriakis clan always came first in Victor’s eyes.

It’s going to be a hard two weeks for fans. While Victor wasn’t the nicest in Salem, John Aniston was loved by many viewers for his flawless portrayal of the complicated, shrewd, yet caring Kiriakis.
