DOOL spoilers reveal that Sarah returned to Salem after Victor Kiriakis’ (John Aniston) death. Sarah knew she would risk running into Xander.

Sarah also knew she would have some explaining to do about her pregnancy. However, Sarah had to come back to Salem despite the risks due to Maggie Horton Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers).

Victor’s death is hitting Maggie extremely hard. So, Sarah is trying to be a supportive daughter.

Just as Sarah feared, she ran into Xander while in Salem. Immediately, Xander noticed Sarah’s big belly.

While both were standing in the Kiriakis mansion, Xander instantly knew that Sarah’s baby belonged to him. However, Sarah claimed that she “did the math” and the baby belongs to Rex.

Eventually, Xander realized that Sarah never intended to tell him about the baby. Then, Sarah decided to accept Rex’s marriage proposal.

Even though a paternity test will prove the father’s identity, Sarah is “petrified” of Xander. So, Sarah wants to “protect” her child from Xander as long as possible.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that during the week of August 28, Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow) will worry about her son.

This time, it’s not Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) or Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) that Kate is worried about. It’s Kate’s “good son”, Rex Brady.

It is teased that Kate will fear that Rex is setting himself up for another heartbreak.

Considering that Rex’s feelings for Sarah never went away, it’s certainly possible. That makes Sarah accepting Rex’s marriage proposal even riskier.

During the week of August 28, Sarah will be rushed to the hospital. It sounds like Sarah might go into labor.

Even though Sarah doesn’t want Xander to have anything to do with the baby, what if there is a medical emergency?
