DOOL Spoilers: Paulina Urges Abe To Hire New Commissioner

Days of Our Lives spoilers suggest that Paulina Price (Jackee Harry) will advise Abe Carver (James Reynolds) to hire a new commissioner. Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) didn’t find Abe before his supposed death. Now that Rafe has lost his job, will Paulina urge Abe to leave it that way?

Paulina Price Holds Some Resentment

Days Of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Paulina holds some resentment for Rafe because he didn’t find Abe after he left the hospital.

The fact that Rafe has also gotten involved with a subordinate doesn’t help matters either. Now Lani Grant (Sal Stowers) is missing as well. Paulina may be worried but she is also not happy with Rafe’s performance.

Rafe also didn’t solve the case of who was stalking Paulina and Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) before Abe was attacked and ended up having to have brain surgery and that didn’t bode well with Paulina either.

Rafe has not been the most reliable person when it comes to solving cases at all recently. Will Abe feel that same way when he regains his memory?

DOOL Spoilers: Lani Grant Found Abe Carver

According to DOOL spoilers, Lani has landed herself in a world of trouble but she did find Abe. Rafe questioned Jerry Prentiss (Terrell Ranson Jr) and didn’t get any helpful information from him.

However, once Lani talked to Jerry, he caved and gave up Whitley King (Kim Coles) right away. Jerry became the reason that Lani ended up missing but she did find her father.

Perhaps Rafe should have listened. Even Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson) knew that something was off with Whitley but Rafe chose not to believe that. Rafe questioned Jerry on the docks as well.

However, Jerry was acting very nervous which should have led the cops to believe that something was wrong. Why did it take a civilian to figure it out?

Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Does Rafe Hernandez Deserve His Job Back?

Abe warned Rafe about crossing the line long before Colin Bedford (ex-Jasper Newman) beat him over the head. Rafe and Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) had been following the rules very well until recently.

However, Abe may see that as them taking advantage of his absence to go against the rules Abe put in place at that station.

Rafe does have the chance to score some brownie points if he and Jada but Whitley and rescue him and Lani. Rafe certainly needs to get Lani back to the prison in Maryland in time as well.

Can Rafe pull all of this off and get back into Abe’s good graces? Is Rafe done for good as commissioner at the Salem Police Department?
