This week’s Days preview shows Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) coming face-to-face with “Fake Theo” Jerry Prentiss (Terrell Ranson). It looks like a guilt-ridden Jerry wants to come clean to Abe’s daughter.
However, something will go very wrong between Jerry telling Lani her dad’s alive to what could go down the following week.
Teasers for the week of July 17th imply that Lani will go missing, so it sounds like she too will end up in Nurse Whitley King’s (Kim Coles) clutches. But, if Ms. King kidnaps Lani, could this ultimately end up being her downfall?
As Abe is recovering from an injury, and now being drugged, it’s very hard for him to even fight back. It’s hard to say how Whitley will end up capturing or even kidnapping Lani. There’s also a good chance Ms. Price-Grant goes missing because the nurse knocks her over the head and leaves her someone remote, for dead.
But, assuming Ms. King brings Lani back to the place where she’s holding Abe, this could be the beginning of the end for the nurse and this storyline. Lani is a police officer trained to get out of any situation.
Mix her skills with Abe’s experience, and there could be a light at the end of the tunnel. With Lani’s help, the two will likely escape Whitley and the nurse may finally pay for all the hurt she’s caused by kidnapping Abe in the first place.
Will Nurse Whitley kidnap Lani, too? Can Lani help her dad escape? Will this storyline ever end? Check out your favorite soap on Peacock daily to see what happens next and visit this site often for the latest Days of Our Lives news, updates, and spoilers.
