Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) recently blew up her relationship with Chanel Dupris (Raven Bowens). It all started months ago when Chanel and Allie agreed to have a threesome with Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson). In itself, that was pretty scandalous especially because Chanel’s mother, Paulina Price (Jackee Harry) was running for Governor at the time. The threesome didn’t become public knowledge at the time, and all parties agreed to remain descreet! But Allie continued to be attracted to Alex even after their wild night.

To make the situation even more complicated is the fact that Chanel had also been married to Allie’s twin brother, Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman). Recently, Chanel and Johnny have gotten close one again. Allie became jealous and retaliated by sleeping with Alex again, this time without Chanel! Allie was recently caught by Chanel and the of them broke up. But only those closest to the couple have any idea what happened. Leo might decide the story is too juicy to pass up.

If Leo discovers all the details of Chanel and Allie’s relationship, it may too good for him to pass up. It is easy to see a scenario where Leo prints all the gory details in his new column. Allie might be too embarrassed to face her friends and family and decide to leave Salem, at least until the heat died down. This would be a perfect time for Allie to spend some time away from Salem with her mother Sami Brady (Allison Sweeney). Sami herself has been the center of many scandals in her time so she might just be the best person to help Allie deal with it.
