Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Kate Roberts Brady’s Sense Of Deja Vu

Longtime Days of Our Lives fans will remember when Kate Roberts Brady was presumed dead in the 90s after just a brief time on the show.

She was first played by Deborah Adair but when Kate returned from the dead, Lauren Koslow was in the role. Thatw as way back in 1996 and the first time we saw Koslow’s Kate she was a fishmonger on a fishing boat in the middle of the Mediterranean and that is exactly where she is now almost 30 years later.

Thanks to the ISA retrieving a microchip from Bo Brady’s (Peter Reckell) brain, Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) now knows that Kate is alive because that microchip had a camera that allowed him to see that Bo shot at the air and not at Kate and then told her to make a run for it. That is exactly what Kate did and now she finds herself on this boat as Roman struggles to find her.

DOOL Spoilers – Kate Roberts Brady Tries To Make Contact

Kate is desperate to let Roman know what is going on with her and tries to use her charm to get hold of a phone. When that doesn’t work, she takes drastic measures and sells her wedding ring.

“Kate promises [a captor] a future reward and they have a back and forth over that,” Lauren Koslow said in the May 8, 2023, issue of Soap Opera Digest. “During the course of that, he sees her diamond ring and wants that. You think she’s not going to give it up, but Kate’s a survivor. She’ll do whatever it takes.”

Once Kate secures a phone, she places a call to Roman, but he doesn’t pick up. Does Kate bother leaving a message? Should she at least try to reach him telepathically like she did when she was in heaven?

At least Roman knows she is alive and can use the ISA to try and find her. One thing Kate does not know is that Roman is on the case so there is hope after all. Stream new episodes of Days of Our Lives weekdays on Peacock starting at 6 AM EST.
