Days Of Our Lives spoilers reveal that EJ will have a disturbing dream that will have him jerking wide awake in bed.

Of course, this will likely wake up and probably startle Nicole causing her to ask what is bothering EJ so badly. Nicole may be afraid that EJ is having nightmares about their child because of her history of miscarriage.

Nicole has been worried about this baby since finding out she was pregnant. Nicole wants nothing more than to give birth to a happy, healthy child.

No matter how much the doctors reassure her, Nicole is still afraid that she could lose this child. Nicole also believes that if EJ is worried, the two of them need to talk this out together.

EJ might be hesitant to open up to Nicole because he doesn’t want to put any more stress on her. EJ knows that Nicole is worried about the baby.

Nicole is also worried about Abe Carver (James Reynolds) who is just like a father to her. EJ may also worry that Nicole might think he is crazy if he tells her the truth about his dream.

After mulling this over and possibly confiding in someone about the dream, EJ will reach the conclusion that this dream is a sign that something bad is going to happen.
