DOOL Spoilers: Alex And Gwen’s Romance Shocks Salem!

Days of Our Lives spoilers tease both Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) and Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) are both coming off of failed relationships. Gwen hasn’t been able to get Xander Cook (Paul Tefler) out of her system even though his heart truly belonged to Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey). For his part, Alex tried and failed to win Stephanie Johnson’s (Abigail Klein) heart when she ultimately chose Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn). Neither one of these damaged people are looking for love but love may have other ideas.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – A Chance Encounter

Both Gwen and Alex were having a rough day when a chance encounter brought them together. After a lot of banter and even more alcohol, the two of them ended up in bed together. While sleeping together doesn’t mean the two of them are ready for romance, it might just sneak up on them. And even thought their exes both chose other people, they may think twice if Alex and Gwen become more than bedroom buddies. Stephanie and Chad seem to be happy but it will be interesting to see how she reacts if Alex has a real romance with someone other than her.

DOOL Spoilers – Maggie Horton Might Encourage A Gwen Rizczech Romance With Alex Kiriakis!

Maggie Horton (Suzanne Rogers) has long been Xander’s champion, especially when it comes to his romance with her daughter Sarah. If Alex and Gwen fall in love, then she will be out of Xander’s orbit, eliminating another obstacle in a possible reunion between Sarah and Xander. To that end, look for Maggie to actually encourage Alex to romance Gwen.

Gwen is known in Salem as the troublemaking daughter of Jack Devereaux. Alex is the philandering Kiriakis heir. There is no way these two would seem like a good match. But love is a tricky thing and you don’t always get to choose who you love. And Alex and Gwen just might surprise everyone by becoming the best thing for each other. They would certainly turn heads if they do become Salem’s newest couple.
