The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – A Half-Hour Soap Doesn’t Have Much Time

When you’re only on the air for 18 minutes of non-commercial time a day, you can’t have too many characters or tell too many stories at the same time. However, the characters on B&B can rarely ever change things up for long and always fall back to their old ways.

Just when we think something might change the dynamic on this soap for good, everything reverts to form. For example, seeing Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) as friends was quite a novel idea. They didn’t even want to deal with Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) anymore, but that seems to be over.

The friendship is on the rocks, Taylor and Brooke are making eyes at Ridge again, and Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) is pining for Brooke again while forgetting he was in love with Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) two weeks ago. Ho-hum. Back to the same old, same old.

B&B Spoilers – Let Thomas Forrester Move On

Then comes that eternal triangle between Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle), Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson), and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton). This has been going on for five years and the only difference now is the fact that Hope is the one with feelings for Thomas and not the other way around.

Still, Hope, Thomas, and Liam are forever in each other’s orbit. As always, all Liam can do is whine around it and then be amazed that Hope might be looking at someone else.

The only thing that has changed is that Liam isn’t the man torn between two women anymore because Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) finally found a man worthy of her and decided to get out of this mess. Yet, she somehow still finds herself drawn to Hope, Liam, and their eternal problems.

How long until Liam arrives at Steffy’s beach house hoping for more than just a talk? Let Steffy kick him out and prove that at least one thing changes if nothing else does… Stay tuned to The Bold and the Beautiful weekdays to see how these stories play out.
