Days Of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers note that Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) will fight for her life in the days (pun intended) ahead after giving birth to her daughter.

She’s telling Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) that Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) is the child’s father; however, fans, as well as Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) and Bonnie Lockhart-Kiriakis, know the truth. Will a near-death experience have Sarah spilling all?

Days Of Our Lives – Sarah Horton Has An Epiphany

Days spoilers indicate that Sarah will struggle with some sort of condition, the week of September 11th. As the weekly preview shows Xandy handing her baby girl to her, she’ll likely be okay. Still, on the cusp of “fighting for her life,” she may have a realization.

While the entire reason behind this lie was essentially fear-based, not wanting to be around Xand because of his “dark” side, at the end of the day, her daughter has two parents. Would she want to leave this earth knowing that she lied about something major to her ex?

Days Spoilers – What Would Happen To The Baby If Sarah Horton Passed Away?

If Sarah passed away, where would her baby end up? As both Maggie and Bonnie know the truth, they’d likely step up and tell Xandy that the little one Sarah just gave birth to, was his.

There’s no way they’d allow Rex to take and raise the child; not because he’s an awful person, but simply because he’s not the baby’s father.

Sarah may have an epiphany that she can’t shelter her baby from its true roots. After all, had she died, Maggie, Bonnie, and likely Rex, would have stepped up, and Xander would end up with the child, regardless.

Xandy has changed and deserves to know that he’s a father. Could Ms. Horton realize it is time to come clean?
