She is not a professional baker at all but instead a doctor who has given up practicing medicine.  just can’t do it anymore now that her father, Marcus Hunter (Richard Biggs), is dead.

Talia needs something that she feels passionate it about and that will soothe her soul and baking is the hobby she wants to turn into a new career. However, she might not be able to leave the medical side of her behind.

Paulina Price Carver (Jackee Harry) is positive that Sloan Petersen (Jessica Serfaty) is the one who broke into her office and she wants action. To that end, she demands that Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) and Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) arrest Sloane, but the problem is, they don’t have any evidence. This does not sit well with Paulina who heads straight to the bakery to tell Chanel what has been going on.
