It’s been a long road for Gabi Hernandez (Camilla Banus) and Stefano O. DiMera (Brandon Barash) to reunite ever since he returned from the dead. First, Stefan thought that he was still in love with Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) thanks to Dr. Wilhelm Rolf’s (Richard Wharton)brainwashing technology.

Then, another experiment left Stefan believing that he loved BOTH Gabi and Chloe. Once Stefan realized he loved Gabi and only Gabi, she had entered into an agreement with Li Shin (Remington Hoffman) to stay married for six months to secure his DiMera shares.

Now that Li has had to face the fact that Gabi will never want him the way she loves Stefan, Li decided to let Gabi go. That means Gabi and Stefan are going to share a real reunion on Thursday thinking nothing can ever get in the way of their happiness ever again. That might be true for now, but never say never when it comes to a soap.

Gabi may have thought that Li was Stefan when she was high on those tainted Sweet Bits breakfast biscuits, but at least she didn’t sleep with Li in the end. The same cannot be said for Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker). She wanted Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan), he wanted her, and they ended up having sex before wondering what the heck was happening to them.

Now, Nicole feels horribly guilty about cheating on EJ DiMera (Daniel Feuerriegel), but she is not about to tell him what happened. Instead, she tells Anna DiMera (Leann Hunley) about her indiscretion hoping that Anna can keep a secret. Nicole might end up regretting her choices.

Sloan Petersen (Jessica Serfaty) already knows what Eric and Nicole did because she walked in on the aftermath. She was bothered by it, but not too bothered when she realized the biscuits made it happen. Now, she has a suggestion for Eric that he never expected stemming from that morning romp.
