Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) has gone from being a rule-stickling district attorney to a baby-stealing schemer.

The way that Melinda is coercing Sloan Petersen (Jessica Serfaty) to continue lying and ignoring another’s agony makes for a pretty good villain in soaps. It seems Melinda is embracing the part, too.

So, could this just be the beginning of Melinda’s transformation from district attorney to Salem’s newest big baddie?

DOOL spoilers reveal that Sloan and Melinda formed an unexpected friendship. Melinda helped keep Sloan’s secrets.

However, something happened during the storyline, which has been unfolding for several months.

Melinda used to be a tough district attorney who hated to see criminals get bargains and deals. There was one occasion in particular when Melinda rejected a deal even though it could save a baby’s life.

Then, we have Sloan, who came to Salem as a sleazy lawyer looking for her next payday. Sloan was also pretty easy and quickly bedded a few Salemites. Then, Sloan got her hooks into Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan).

Even though Sloan never wanted to settle down or have kids, she seems to be changing her ways. Even the way Sloan feels guilty about her sins hints at a possible redemption story in the future.

However, both Melinda and Sloan seem to have traded places. Melinda seems to be the wicked one as Sloan continues wrestling with her guilty conscience.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Nicole Walker DiMera’s Baby

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that even though Sloan wants to confess to Eric, Melinda keeps pushing her to keep quiet. Melinda even went to great extremes to locate a baby for Sloan and Eric.

When Dimitri von Leuschner (Peter Porte) showed up with Nicole Walker DiMera’s (Arianne Zucker) baby, Sloan was riddled with guilt.

Sloan admitted that she hates Nicole, but even she didn’t deserve to believe her baby died. Melinda really showed her wicked colors.

At some point, Nicole will find out that her baby is really alive. As Nicole, Eric and EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) deal with the paternity and baby switch bombshell, Sloan will likely face prison.

As for Melinda, she seems to be inching toward becoming Salem’s newest supervillain. In the episode that aired on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, Melinda looked wickedly fierce in her shimmering yellow-gold eyeshadow.

The new look seemed to match Melinda’s new career in crime. It made the former district attorney appear vixenish, fierce and shall we even dare to say ferociously wicked?

Does this mean that Melinda’s future crimes could get even worse? Is Melinda’s taste in crime giving her a new purpose?

Will Melinda eventually team up with Clyde Weston (James Read)? If so, then Salem better watch out!
