Days of Our Lives spoilers and rumors tease Sloan Petersen (Jessica Serfaty) swabbed her own cheek, and Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) couldn’t tell the sample was female DNA. There has to be something off because surely Kayla would know the difference; could Sloan be hiding a secret-is she really transgender?

Transitioning transgender people undergo many operations and hormonal treatments, but some things don’t change-namely their DNA. A transgender male to female will show male DNA while a transgender female to male will show female.

There is a pioneering science of gender-affirming transformation but it’s in the very early stages, much too early for it to affect someone in the present day.

Therefore, the only way Sloan’s cheek swab would have shown male DNA is if she were biologically male and transitioned! If Sloan is keeping her transition male to female secrets, and it’s revealed, there are at least two macho men who’ve been her lovers who would be likely very upset!

DOOL Spoilers – Alex Kiriakis Is “Open” But Likely Not This Open..

Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) is a pretty “open” guy, having no problem with a threesome with a bisexual female couple.

However, he may draw the line if he realizes he’d had several sexy romps with an attractive female who used to be a presumably good-looking guy.

Alex is what most would describe as a macho man, although he’s toned down his player prowess and prowling considerably since meeting Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein). But if Alex were to find out that he’d been that physically involved with a fully transitioned male to female and couldn’t tell the difference, he might be shocked. Alex might even want to repair a few notches in his belt.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Eric Brady’s Not A Saint But He Might Have Adjustment Problems

As far as Eric, who’s currently in a committed relationship with Sloan as his girlfriend, he’s not a saint, but if Sloan is transgender he might have some adjustment problems.

He would most certainly be shocked, not to mention a man who wants his own children would never be able to have them with Sloan! A secret like that could definitely change their relationship, outward appearances being that Sloan is a girly-girl.

Not even Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) has been able to tell any different although he and Sloan have never been close-especially not THAT close. But Eric has some of the macho masculinity that would definitely create problems if he were to find out his girlfriend isn’t what she seems!
