Days Of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers hint that Shawn-Douglas Brady (Brandon Beemer) will continue to spiral and use drinking as a coping mechanism. While his wife Belle Brady (Martha Madison) has noticed he’s turning to the bottle more and more lately, will she do anything to help her husband before a major incident become his ultimate downfall?

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers  – Melinda Trasks Finds Shawn-Douglas Brady Drunk

DOOL spoilers for the week of July 10th note that Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) will find Shawn drunk while on the job. This doesn’t sound good, but what likely will happen is that he’ll either get written up or issued a warning.

Mr. Brady has a pretty clean record, so it’s unlikely that he’ll get fired on the spot; however, Trask will warn Shawn that he’ll get dismissed on the spot if she sees him drunk at work, again.

DOOL Spoilers – Shawn Crashes A Police Car While Under The Influence & On The Job

As Shawn will get caught by Melinda soon (and warned) something bigger is probably on the horizon. His drinking is completely out of control, so it’s likely that Shawn will not only be drunk again while on the job, but he will also make a huge mistake while under the influence of alcohol.

Could Shawn drive drunk in a police car while on duty? What if he’s involved in a car crash? What if he ends up hurting or killing another Salemite because of his drunken recklessness? Mr. Brady will likely move fast to cover up what he’s done, by ensuring a breathalyzer isn’t conducted.

He’s a police officer, so no one may think that “drinking” was the reason for an automobile collision. But, if he ends up hurting a loved one, or someone close to him or Belle, he may continue to spiral with alcohol.

Regardless, while Belle may assume drinking was the reason, the two may also come together to cover up his indiscretion so that he doesn’t lose his job or face jail time.
