After all, Rex and Sarah did have a one-night stand following Xander Cook’s (Paul Telfer) divorce drama. That is when Sarah said she did the math and Rex couldn’t be the father.

Now, Rex has always hated Xander. Even when Xander was a good boy and making Sarah happy, Rex always had something negative to say. So, Rex came up with an option to help Sarah not bind herself to Xander forever through the baby.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that a behind-the-scenes photo was leaked recently. Godfrey was on set during the filming of Deidre Hall’s (Marlena Evans) 5,000^th episode. Godfrey posed for a photo with other cast members.

It should be noted how close Sarah and Xander were standing next to each other in the photo. This could indicate that Sarah returns and Xander finds out he’s going to be a father.

If and when Sarah comes back, expect there to be a lot of drama with Xander. Right now, Xander isn’t with Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien).
