Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates tease Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) will try making peace with Lucas Horton (Bryan Datillo). Roman, John Black (Drake Hogestyn) and Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) were told by Orpheus (George DelHoyo) their wives aren’t really dead and a DiMera has them-might Lucas not believe it?

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Lucas Horton Wanted Revenge

When Roman plotted with Lucas to take out Orpheus there in Statesville Prison, Lucas was excited to get revenge for his mother Kate Brady (Lauren Koslow).

He was vengeful and angry and he was ready-so when Lucas put a stop at it at the last minute, Lucas got mad at Roman. He didn’t believe his mother contacted Roman through her urn, and he believed Orpheus’ tale even less.

How ridiculous for the man who waited years to avenge his wife at Roman’s hand, however accidental it was, to now say he didn’t have the orchid stolen? Even worse, how can Roman, and even Steve and John believe his ridiculous story about the women being alive and a DiMera stealing the orchid and having the three?

DOOL Spoilers – Roman Brady Can’t Prove Anything

Roman can’t prove anything, but he does know that there was once a situation where many people, including himself, were believed dead through a trick of Stefano DiMera (Joseph Mascolo).

They were all transported to an island called “Melaswen” and later were brought back all alive, but back home, their loved ones believed them dead. But it was all very much like an Orpheus style mind game, a mass hallucination – and Tony and Anna DiMera (Thaao Penghlis, Leann Hunley) remember.

They also verified to John and Steve, who tangled with her last summer, that Megan Hathaway (Miranda Wilson) was alive and knew the way through the tunnels. They have a theory that it’s Megan who has the three, and they have set out to find them.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Lucas Horton Is Still Angry And Grieving

Lucas is still angry and grieving, and asks how Orpheus would know these things unless he’s in touch with Megan or someone else who’s there?

What if he’s leading John and Steve into a deadly trap, decimating the family with grief even more and all for nothing? Roman understands his willingness to suspend disbelief, but asks for his mother’s sake to give it time and make peace with him.

It might be a while before Lucas thinks he’s able to do that but he’s got nothing but time. One thing he’s not doing is allowing Orpheus to get into his head and play him or ply him with alcohol.
