Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Harris Michaels Is Under Orders As An Engagement Party Goes Awry

Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) and Stefan O. DiMera (Brandon Barash) had to know an engagement party thrown by Megan DiMera (Miranda Wilson) was bound to go terribly wrong and that’s exactly what happens.

According to Days of Our Lives spoilers, Megan wants Stefan dead and plans to use Harris Michaels (Steve Burton) to assassinate him right at the celebration, but things do not turn out quite as Megan planned.

All she really wanted was for her son Dimitri von Leucher (Peter Porte)to take over the DiMera family and she felt she needed Stefan out of the way, but she also needs to watch who she brainwashes. Things did not work out the first time she brainwashed Harris so why did she think things would go right this time?

Perhaps Megan is just flying by the seat of her pants as she tries to mix and mingle at the party knowing something shocking is coming. She just doesn’t know how shocking and how much she is going to be the one to pay.

When Harris shows up with a gun, it’s pretty clear he is not in his right mind and is being controlled. Chad DiMer (Billy Flynn) and Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) try to talk him down and reason with him, but it’s Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) who makes the bozo move of pulling out his own gun.

Chaos ensues and Harris’ gun goes off, hitting Megan. She is quickly rushed to the hospital and her condition seems grave.

“I would suggest that no matter what happens, there’s that Phoenix, the trademark of Stefano DiMera,” Miranda Wilson said in the July 10, 2023, issue of Soap Opera Digest. “That is very much a part of who Megan is and Megan is the most like Stefano of all the DiMeras. I’m going to just put out there that includes her ability to return from whatever befalls her.”
