Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Lani Goes Missing-Rafe And Paulina Have Their Suspicions

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers and updates tease that after talking to Jerry Prentiss (Terrell Ransom, Jr.) Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) goes missing. She asks him what he wanted to say to Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson) when she interrupted, and he admits Abe Carver’s (James Reynolds) alive!

Lani goes looking for her dad after Jerry tells her that Abe’s still alive-this after she encounters him again after interrupting his conversation with Theo. Lani is supposed to return to Paulina Price’s (Jackée Harry) home where she’s staying with her mom at a certain time.

Rafe Hernandez, (Galen Gering) who is supposed to be supervising her-even though he just got fired-and Paulina become worried when she doesn’t show up.

For one thing, Lani has an ankle monitor and cannot remove it but when it’s tracked, it doesn’t show movement. That’s enough to make anyone worry that something now has happened to Lani!

DOOL Spoilers: Where Could Lani Price-Grant Be?

After Rafe’s firing by overzealous, moralistic and power hungry acting Mayor Cliff Rawlings (Greyson Berry) he turned over Lani’s supervision to Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu). It is Jada who used police sources to track her ankle monitor and to be honest, it doesn’t look good-they know that Lani wouldn’t ditch her monitor.

Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) is even questioned since they are good friends, but Kristen hasn’t seen her since before she was reported seen with Jerry. Rafe and Paulina have their suspicions that the apparently phony witness to Abe’s presumed death now has Lani, although the nurse Whitley King (Kim Coles) is also suspected.

They wonder if she’s been taken to wherever her father is being held, but clues are few-Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) and John Black (Drake Hogestyn) join in the search.

After Steve and John bust into Jerry’s apartment, they find he is missing also, and no trace of Abe or Lani, but find evidence he did lots of research on Theo. That almost certainly connects him to not only Lani’s disappearance but Abe’s, and Rafe and Paulina suspect he was working with Whitley.

Now that Lani had pointed out things that didn’t add up for Abe to really be dead, and she’s been trying to find him, certain things become obvious.

Whoever took Abe-and involved Jerry-must have both of them now and likely has Lani as well. Rafe mentions the time he tried to talk to Whitley in her apartment and heard noise inside, but no answer-she then came to the SPD.
