Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Kristen Is Freaking Out

When Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) suggested to Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) that they pretend to kidnap Rachel Black (Finley Rose Slater) to get Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) to give up that orchid, it seemed like a good idea. Then, when Kristen was briefly arrested at Li Shin (Remington Hoffman) and Gabi Hernandez’s (Camila Banus) wedding, Brady called Eric to tell him to scratch their plans, but for some reason, Eric didn’t listen.

When Kristen first notices that Rachel is missing, Brady feigns terror right along with her and they call the police. But apparently, Brady can’t keep his mouth shut or at least look to see who is listening to him. He happens to know that Rachel is at Sloan Petersen’s (Jessica Serfaty) and Kristen overhears Brady talking on the phone to Eric about this.

Brady’s Situation Is Worse Than Imagined

When Kristen realizes what is really happening, she is absolutely livid and demands to see Rachel. However, Brady refuses to back down and tells her he wants that orchid to save Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow), and Kayla Brady Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) or she will never see Rachel again.

“Kristen goes berserk,” Eric Martsolf said in the January 9, 2023, issue of Soap Opera Digest. “She can’t believe Brady would do such a thing. He tells Kristen, ‘Here’s the deal. You are not going to see your daughter until I get the orchid and we save these women.”

So, Kristen finally relents and leads Brady to the DiMera tunnels to retrieve this magical mystery flower. However, it’s not there.

“Brady’s first instinct is that this is another one of Kristen’s games,” Martsolf said.

Soon, it becomes apparent that Kristen genuinely doesn’t know where the orchid is and that is where the real trouble begins. Marlena, Kayla, and Kate are going to need that serum again soon or all three will die. What will Brady and Kristen do now?
