Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) is currently competing with Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) for the affection of Wendy Shin (Victoria Grace). Wendy has made it clear that she isn’t ready to choose between the two very different young men. Tripp is the safer choice as he’s a doctor and very reliable. Johnny, on the other hand, is something of a wild card. He’s a bit of a playboy and has dreams of making movies.

Days of Our Lives spoilers show Johnny was involved with Chanel Dupris (Raven Bowens). Johnny and Chanel were actually married before he was possessed by the devil. The demonic entity didn’t want Chanel to get in the way of his plans, so he divorced Chanel.

By the time Johnny regained his senses, Chanel had moved on with his twin sister Allie Horton (Lindsey Arnold). Unfortunately, Chanel and Allie’s relationship didn’t work out but by then Johnny had gotten involved with Wendy.

Because of the way their marriage ended, it never really set well with Johnny. He tried to be gracious when Chanel chose Allie over him but it was obvious he had never really gotten over Chanel.

The two of them have shared several close moments but Johnny has assured Wendy he has moved on. But the longer Wendy waits to choose between Johnny and Tripp, the more likely Johnny will be drawn back to Chanel.

Chanel has had to deal with Sloane Peterson (Jessica Serfaty) and her brother Colin Bedford (Jasper Newman) for the last several months. Both Sloane and Colin blame Chanel and her mother Paulina Price (Jackee Harry) for the death of their mother.

Colin actually took a more violent approach to revenge and Chanel could have died. She will certainly need comfort in the coming weeks and months and Johnny may not be able to resist being that person. And that could certainly lead to a renewed romance.
