Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers and updates tease that Jerry Prentiss (Terrell Ransom Jr.) will run into the real Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson) and feel guilty when he sees his grief. Jerry didn’t sign up for faking an older man’s death when he took the acting job Whitley King (Kim Coles) gave him nor holding the Mayor of Salem captive!
Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Jerry Prentiss’ Conscience Is Bothering Him
The more Jerry plays this “part” he’s been hired for, the more his conscience bothers him, even though Whitley claimed she would pay him more. This has become more fraud that he could be liable for then just playing a part, and he didn’t know Abe’s son was there in town when he took the job.
Whitley had claimed the patient had Alzheimers’ and his son had passed away, and so Jerry thought it would be playing his son to comfort him.
But now he sees that he’s gotten in over his head, and he could be arrested as an accomplice to a crime. Whitley says she’ll keep that from happening, but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t feel guilty-especially when he runs into the real Theo.
DOOL Spoilers – Whitley King Attends The Memorial Service
Jerry thinks his employer is a real piece of work when she says she’s attending Abe’s memorial service and extending condolences to Paulina Price (Jackée Harry). He supposes she thinks it will keep the attention off of her-as sending him down to the docks to set up a drowning scene and be a witness would.
However, it could draw the attention to him and he lets her know in no uncertain terms he doesn’t like it. Jerry also goes because he wants to pay respects to the man “he saw” fall into the water, hitting his head on a dock post on the way down.
Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Jerry Prentiss Runs Into Theo Carver
While at the memorial service, Jerry runs right into the real Theo Carver, and sees that he’s really lost without his dad. He’s in deep grief and wishes he could do something to bring him back, and that really gets to Jerry. Jerry is very tempted to flip on Whitley at that point but realizes he’s been made an accomplice to kidnapping and faking a death, and who knows what else?
He starts to ask Theo something but then they’re interrupted and Whitley gives him the “look” that tells him he’s got to go. Jerry and Whitley make sure their paths do not intersect on the way back to her apartment, because they must not be connected in anyone’s mind.
